I cannot recommend Esther Kettering, RC Myles and Harper Davis of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors highly enough. They worked tirelessly to complete the acquisition of a building on my behalf providing invaluable information and advice. They continued to work diligently to lease the building to 100% occupancy. The final lease negotiations were extremely difficult and took months to complete but they put in the effort to close the deal with very positive results. I will continue to work with Esther, RC and Harper in the future because of their knowledge, experience and support.

Mark represented me on a 10 unit purchase which needed a fair amount of work, but he kept on the seller to get their punch list completed. Post close he followed up by provided several good contacts for insurance, electrical and asphalt. The transaction had some hurdles, but Mark stayed focused as our advocate throughout the process. Mark's knowledge and experience proved vital for this deal to close.
