Starbucks

Very poor service and even the ingredients are all wrong. Out of 4 times I went, 3 times I got my drinks wrong. Please take a proper training

Its rare that I leave a negative review. It has to be pretty bad in order for me to do this. The only reason that Im giving it 1 is because of the two ladies who work usually in the afternoon do a fantastic job. Others I would give it no stars if I could. This place is never open or if it is, its poorly staffed. I came in this morning around 8 AM and the woman there said she wasnt open yet because the opener didnt show up. I went back at 12:30 and the person who was there was no longer there and the Starbucks was closed. Either she walked out or that was the shortest shift ever. Ive actually walked out before because there was literally what seemed to be a homeless man working behind the counter. God forbid you have any allergies because this man was using the same dirty cup to mix every drink in. The place was filthy. More often than not this place is closed when I come in. Its convenient because its two blocks away from my office. I used to be a regional operations manager for a very well-known yoga chain. When people didnt show up I would go in. That was a part of my job. I never see any management come in and help these poor people working here, providing anyone actually shows up. If they did maybe they would work a little harder at staffing and consistency. Starbucks makes plenty of money, theres absolutely no reason that management should not show up in lieu of their staff not arriving. I am a firm believer and leading by example. This Starbucks is the absolute worst and its clear that they have no management. Starbucks you need to step it up. Youre a terrible example of leadership in business.

Horrible customer service, the lady who took my order actually started a argument with me about me being on my phone, I was ordering for myself and a co-worker, and I was on my phone asking my co-worker for her order. She then got my order wrong still and argued with me. I will never go back to this Starbucks.

Come here a couple times a week, The same girl has charged me for the wrong item each time. I order one thing, she rings in another but assured me the prices are the same. They are not. Its .50 so not a huge deal but each time I tell her the prices are different as its right on the board above her and each time she looks me in the eye and says its the same price. Not sure why she cant ring in what I order as its just a Sweet cream cold brew.
