Starbucks

My least favorite Starbucks location. They never hear what you say on the mic, never fix it, the service is slow, its more expensive than LA locations, and the same coffee I order tastes differently every time. Thank you for helping me quit my expensive habit.

The bench to the left of the area when you go toward the Leetsdale windows side is SLIDING and BROKEN. There are nice people at this Starbucks.

Awful service. Jacey was very rude, and they kept all the mobile orders hidden, although Uber eats orders are out in the open. Not a single barista asked any of the customers who had been waiting for 5 plus minutes if they had a mobile order. When I said why didnt you tell us they were ready Jacey said if you dont like it call my manager Jay shell be here eventually. No apology, no time frame for her manager. Nothing. Ive never seen a Starbucks with such bad staff.

I hit this Starbucks almost every morning. They're always sweet, even if they're busy.

They prioritize the drive thru so dont even bother putting in a mobile order. Youll catch attitude from the Manager when theyre 10 minutes late on the pickup time and you say something to them about it.
