The baristas were young and mostly on their phones, but did jump to right when I got to the counter to help me. Good enough service for what it is.
My biggest complaint is that they dont have a single sugar free syrup for coffees available, having multiple people I cowork with being diabetic, this definitely will not be a spot I add to our list of places to work, which is a shame. It would even prevent me from returning as much in the future. I got an iced matcha latte and it was all good ratios of ice/milk/matcha though! I would only come back to work solo without much need to buy anything and to get my 50% off discount. They have a new menu as well that I snapped a photo of!
