        This company and store will rip you off. Online returns will not be honored or your payment methods refunded properly. And if this comment earns a "We're so sorry to hear this! At Express, customer service is our top priority! Please reach out to customer service..." Know that means you'll spend weeks of back and forth with the call center as they wear you down and you'll give up trying to get your money back.

        Advertised hours are wrong. Showed up at 8:30 to grab a jacket I had already bought online and everywhere online says they close at 9. Showed up and it was closed Even got to talk to the worker closing and he said he couldnt hand it over to me becsause his manager said no. Bad service, bad experience and mostly overpriced. Wont be back
