Have shopped in this beautiful boutique multiple times, and have always gotten the best customer service and all of their merchandise is absolutely exquisite! I just bought a handbag there and every time I wear it out I get multiple compliments. Go check it out if youre in Cherry Creek North.

This is my favorite boutique! They have such an amazing mix of fashion, home goods and gifts. The store is always gorgeous and the staff is incredible. Holly is the best stylist in the business, she knows how to style every look and gives honest feedback. I love the mother/daughter duo who owns a this business, they are always on the cutting edge of trends and select the most beautifully curated items for their store. The price point is approachable for all budgets. This is a MUST shop boutique in Denver!

Horrible customer service. Ordered and paid for items to be shipped priority mail, they shipped ground. Provided proof with a photo. Was dismissed. Therefore, the items did not arrive in time. Requested a refund for the entire order. Never opened package just put a new label over theirs and sent back. Provided proof with a photo that label and store sticker were still intact. Never acknowledged. When I contacted Alli c/o Haven I was told the items arrived back to them broken because I did not package them back correctly, and I was lucky they were refunding the items, not the shipping as originally stated. I can not express the tone of the emails this person took when corresponding with me but it ranged from my mental health to accusations of improperly returning the items to cause breakage. I NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE. They take zero accountability from start to end and tried to blame me. SO WRONG!
