        I walked into the clothing boutique upstairs and no one was there . I waited about 5 minutes when the Chanel SA arrived. She was very curt and condescending. I asked to try on a jacket and she said it would not fit . I insisted because I would like to know what size I do wear . It fit me perfectly size 36 . I ordered it from a SA I know in NYC at the Chanel Boutique. Very disappointing experience in Denver .

        Walked in here. Nobody asked me for assistance but the he asked a group of people that had been helped already. He portrayed me as if i do not speak english. He generalized customers.

        I walked in yesterday evening almost after 7 wanted to quickly do a shade match to get a foundation. The lady quickly helped me in 4 minutes. Loved how she suggested me her personal experience. Loved my experience
