Forever 21

So the first two times I've been in here it's been great, shopped there today and had a lovely cashier but most of the time it's been a negative experience. I went alone to buy some underwear as I've been needing some and I was met with so much judgement. They were scanning my stuff and kept staring at my items, looking at me and at each other in such a demeaning way. Even while shopping I felt so self conscious about shopping for this particular item and it was made worse both times I did it go to shop. Basically ran out of the store and didn't go for almost a year

Tried on clothes in the dressing room and the sensor to protect from theft did not have a backing on it. The exposed needle in the pant tore through my skin. Half naked, I called over the associate to my dressing room to show her and she said sorry sometimes it happens, even though I was clearly bleeding. Not wanting to cause a scene I proceeded with buying other items. After a few hours later and my leg getting progressively worse I called the location and spoke to the store manager who said she had placed a written report on the incident and HR would reach out to me. Its been 2 days and I haven't heard anything.

They went out of their way to help me find a hoodie that was on sale. This level of customer service is rare these days but I so appreciate it!
