I went in to return something I bought online. I didn't realize that sizing was so generous and bought something that didn't fit. No questions asked, Stefanny made the return on the spot and placed an order for an item that does fit! Stefanny was awesome and made my return painless. Thanks Stefanny you rock!!!

This store is the absolute best! The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make me and my husband feel welcomed, but in a very personal genuine way. That means a lot! Sheila is the best, always takes care of me, Im always calling to see what they have in stock . Also Pendleton is just an amazing brand as a company, and superb craftsmanship and quality. I have never bought anything I didnt LOVE at Pendleton. Go here and support our local shop!

I absolutely love Pendleton and I did not know they had a store here. If you get a chance check it out and they really need help on this block right now because of covid everything is very slow. My only disappointment was I have found now a lot of the items are manufactured in China where they used to always be made here. A bit disappointing but quality is still there.
