I fully understand that this is a first world problem and I am privileged to be able to hire cleaners. Unfortunately, the day of my scheduled cleaning, nobody showed up. I heard from the owner 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, asking if they were here. I responded that they were not and she said she would contact them. I reached back out 40 minutes later asking if she had heard from them and she responded that she hadn't heard from them. I told her I would be available for them to come as late as 1230 (2.5 hours later than our scheduled time) and nobody showed. Service: Cleaning
