I enjoyed my Sunday morning here. The members are very welcoming to new comers. My favorite part was the praise and worship. I love traditional Gospel hymns and they sounded so beautiful. The teaching was directly from the Bible and done with passion.

Had a very interesting experience here. Attended a service to have the acting minister come up to me and ask me questions about where I am from. Answered his questions about how I have attended another church (four square) when the minister suddenly got extremely heated and hostile with me, raising his voice and telling me what I am going to 'heck' for my beliefs (he was focusing on Trinity doctrine, which I never even brought up), and that I am the devil (yup, he said that too). On my way out was equally surprised by another hostile member who asked me, 'what is the point of you coming here' as though I was not welcome. From my limited time there, the church has the impression of being old, unwelcoming, suspicious, paranoid, and they seem surprised that anyone even visits. They appear to engage in cult-practiced control methods of 'fear of going to heck' and engage in hostility to keep their members from leaving or questioning beliefs. They label 'back-slidden' for any member who might disagree or leave using it as a form of ostracization and/or punishment from within the group. I was actually pleased to have had found a church within close distance to my home, but apparently this is a dangerous and controlling environment. I recommend steering clear of this one. Oddly enough, shortly after posting this review, then suddenly the members came on to try to up the review... be aware of that. I've update this review to reflect that.
