Absolutely recommend Dr Fradella to anybody looking to not only get chiropractic adjustments but to obtain a full assessment and develop a beneficial plan to get you back into the active lifestyle you love. As an avid active outdoorsman himself, Dr Fradella understands the challenges and imbalances the body tends to battle and knows how to align the anatomy to relieve that discomfort to provide immediate and long term relief. Even after a couple sessions hes dramatically helped my back spasms/pain to put me back on track to strengthen/stabilize my core as well as restore the strength in my entire posterior chain.

Dr. Fradella is not just a doctor but a practitioner of the very movements that would lead you to see him. :) An avid athlete himself, he knows quickly how to assess and analyze your situation and provide immediate relief with a plan for long term improvement. Hes been pivotal in my fitness journey and has remedied long term suffering in grip, piriformis, and has been able to quickly diagnose movement patterns which would lead me to further injury. He is an arrow in my fitness quiver and I have highly recommended him to anyone who will Listen. Hes found his calling in this life!
