The Joint Chiropractic

First time I've ever used a Chiropractor. I was expecting better service for what I paid. When I was seen by the doctor it took less than 10mins and I was out. When canceling I had to pay for another month before they would allow me to cancel, which I never used their services after my first visit. Then when I requested cancellation they were very rude about it, very poor customer service. Unfortunately, due to them treating me this way for my very first time. I will probably not go back to a Chiropractor. Save your money people, not worth the treatment or hassle.

Visit this location here twice recently and had Dr Josh. His chiropractic work feels rushed even when the place is empty, he doesnt push much for details, or to go above and beyond with the adjustment. Communication style is also off putting/comes off demeaning. Ive used the Joint at other locations for about a year now and have been satisfied with the treatment until now with this location. I recently moved and this is the closest Joint to me but looks like Ill need to drive further to another, not happy with the care here.

You should try this place out at least once. It helped me with my L5 spinal pain so It would probably do good for you too. Thanks, Josh much appreciated

The lovely woman working the front desk tonight needs a raise! I doubt she gets paid enough to deal with the rudest people like I saw when I went in, she's always so friendly when I see her and even with this dude yelling at her and being absolutely disrespectful she was still very calm and nice.

To All Reviewers like myself. I almost didnt go to this amazing location because of the few negative reviews !!! I am a truck driver and can go anywhere all over !!! I went anyways because I wanted to shop at Sprouts next door !!! I also saw parking for my truck along the street !!! Truck Drivers *** this is a great location !!! Upon entering this location I was greeted with a big smile and welcomed by Wellness Cor. Christine and Dr Josh, greeted me the same and found out I was a truck driver and took the time to show me where I could park behind the building along the street for future visits and they could let me in through the back door no problem !!! Then, Dr. Josh asked me about my condition and if I was in pain anywhere, I told him from driving all the time its my hips, mid back, neck hump area and neck !!! I got all of these areas perfectly adjusted and plus, I got both legs pulled to help with sitting all the time !!! I really had a great visit at this location and when I am in the area I will definitely be back !!!
