I was so impressed with how they operated the entire business. Everyone was nice, helpful and after only one visit I feel 100% better. Out of pain for now. I highly recommend them for all your chiropractic care.

I've been a patient for a month and want to say this place is awesome! From the moment I spoke with Den over the phone to set up my first appointment, everything has been so simple and smooth. Den at the front is amazing and Dr. Mooberry is friendly, attentive and professional. I highly recommend coming here for holistic care.

I was referred to Dr Isaac after experiencing some really awful lower back pain by an urgent care doctor. It has been a very eye opening experience. I was TERRIFIED of getting my neck adjusted but now it is my FAVORITE part of my sessions! Dr Isaac does an excellent job of explaining what is likely causing your pain, how he plans to use adjustments to alleviate the pain and walking you through the different ways he can do the adjustments. I went from barely being able to get out of bed, to hiking weekly and camping again. I would give him more stars if I could!

I would not recommend this provider. I saw them twice a week for weeks and wasnt getting better. It felt like they were just doing what they normally do and not focusing on my area of concern. Once I ran out of appointments covered by my insurance, he told me he would no longer see me because I wasnt improving. Well no kidding. I saw another provider and they identified my issue in the first 10 minutes of the first appointment. I wish this clinic hadnt used up all my insurance-covered visits, they could have saved me some to work with someone who could actually help me.
Additionally, they collected money from me for my copayment without properly billing my insurance, so when I hit my max out of pocket, I had to pay hundreds more out of pocket than I otherwise would have because I had to pay the providers I actually owed. When I asked them repeatedly to refund the money, they made it seem like I was trying to scam them, and made me promise that I would pay anything I owed them. But I didnt owe them a dime, they were improperly holding my money.
Im terms of their response to this review, apologizing for how someone feels is not an apology, it is condescending. Im disappointed they cant even acknowledge what a negative experience this was for me. When I told my new provider that they kicked me out after I ran out of insured appointments, it was definitely a story he had heard before about how some providers operate.
