I love their clothes but I will never shop online with Janie and Jack. They sent me a receipt for one price than increased the price on 4 items when they shipped them!! I placed my order on 11/21 and received a purchase order confirmation email with one set of prices. On 11/30 they sent me an email saying 2 items i purchased were out of stockbut they only refunded $18. So i looked and the price for 4 items went way up from my original receipt. For example, my original receipt had button pointe pants priced at $20.95. On the shipment announcement email on 11/30 they billed me $29.99 for those pants. This is ridiculous!!! I can sort of understand items being out of stock but the price increasing from my order receipt to the shipment notice is really upsetting!!!
