If I could give 0 stars I would. I finally got the call after starting a new job but because my hourly added up to more than their ridiculous cap, I dont qualify. I am in my second day of work and am worried now that I may have to quit because I have no way of paying for childcare out of pocket. No other resources were offered. I dont make the rules, I just follow them. How are parents supposed to get and keep a job with no way of obtaining child care? Change the rules! Landed an amazing position and may not be able to keep it now thanks to no child care assistance.

So far it isn't a good sign that the reviews are bad and the website spelled "frequently" wrong. There's a link to a pdf titled "Freqently Asked Questions" But nothing is actually free. We pay for this government assistance by standing in long lines, having our paperwork misplaced, and being treated with as much respect as staff whose jobs don't depend on the "customers", and who will get paid either way treat people. I feel blessed once i have it, but i worked hard for it. My confidence is shot, I've suffered stress and anxiety and I've sacrificed time so I've earned it. I'm moving to Denver. I hope I get a job where I earn too much to qualify for this, but not just $20 too much , where it doesn't compensate or make sense. I'll update my review after using this place. I love how we can review a company that literally doesn't care if its customers are satisfied. Like someone who reads this has the opportunity to shop around lol.

They lost my paperwork and now i have to start all over again. I emailed CCAP after several attempts to call and find out the status of my application. I left voicemails with contact info for the past few weeks. After hearing nothing for weeks I thought maybe i could e mail them instead. A representative then e mailed me back today saying they had not received the paperwork that was placed in their dropbox at the Steele street location by me and the father at the end of january. They went on to try and blame me for not contacting them soon enough when actually I had left multiple voicemails (since no one ever answers the phone.) And I was the one to finally reach out to them via email! So frustrated and cannot begin to work until they approve our application we started at the beginning of january (it is now almost March) We really need me to have a job financially so we can survive as a family and this organization so far is so disorganized and difficult to reach that it has been a waste of time, money and energy trying to get our application approved. I am very frustrated and disheartened by a process my child's childcare provider claimed would be simple and fast. About two months later and now I get to start all over again.
