        Always have an amazing experience at UTU. All the baristas there give awesome service and work hard to get out all the orders in a timely manner. The ordering window is quick and easy. Not to mention their pastries, sandwiches, and coffee are legitimately some of the best Ive had in denver. I love you UTU!

        Covid was four years ago. Stop making us awkwardly line up outside to get your subpar food. Its just classic Denver, so impersonal, so rude, as if theyre doing us a favor when choosing to spend money with a small business should be a mutual decision that benefits both parties. But alas, were still here left with bad attitudes and poor service and asked to spend a small fortune for the pleasure. I mean who cant be bothered to cut a bagel and which is ROCK HARD, toasted yet cold and I had to wait 15 min for it in the wind bc they were busy with mobile orders. But yeah, lets leave a tip! Where is the service!?!?

      Hi Patty Jack. The neighborhood has responded well to our walk up window, which is common in several cities. Also, French Press is right across the street where you can go inside away from any weather. I remember handing you your order after having genuine conversations with other guests. As one can see from our reviews our food is consistently good. We pride ourselves on being fast and friendly. Your order has been refunded and we hope your day gets better.
