      image Joelle, the owner, is by far the most rude person I have ever had to work with. She WILL talk over you. She will talk down to you in a condescending tone. She does not seem to know how to hold a professional vibe. Uncompromising. Her staff are wonderful people and she is very lucky to have them. If you are in dire need of help, i highly encourage you to look elsewhere - a place that understands your emergencies/needs and what they mean to you. That understanding will not be found here. Wish i could give no stars.
