We love our new closet! Closets by Design took our oddly designed master closet and turned it into something that's actually functional! They were easy to work with and the installation was super fast!

Great team came over to carry out the installation, they are very fast and they did a good job, I would have given a 5 Stars but they brought a combined Tie & Belt rack against our prior agreement and now to separate them they want to charge us more money for each which does not make sense to me I wish someone can look into this and make it right if not I will gladly ask for a refund for the So called combo rack. However, besides the Tie and Belt rack, I am very happy with the closet, it brought beauty and elegance to the bare walk in closet.

It took several months before install so the waiting was long. Also, the guys seriously underestimated how long dresses are and I need to do a bunch of rearranging of shelves to make it fit dresses and skirts. But the install was good and they worked into the baseboards nicely. Service: Custom closet design & installation

Becky was a great designer. I love the way the space works for all of our things. The installers were professional, helpful, and left the areas they worked in clean.
