Corus

I reached out to Cor.us to see if their services would be a good fit for my company through their website chat service. I will say their website is professionally designed with a nice logo. The reason for my low rating corresponds to the way my inquiry was abruptly (and in my opinion, rudely) handled, as I was a potential customer. I did not receive any further explanation of their services as I had asked. Perhaps they saw my business as too small to be worth their time, but I was only told only "At this time, we do not have a need." I was not soliciting my business to them, I was trying to pay them, and that is the response I was given. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately I can not provide an accurate review of their services as I was not given a chance to work with this company, and this rating is more of a reflection of their customer service. EDIT2: I am changing my rating due to the EXTREMELY swift response directly from the company owner as a result of my negative review. As my poor review was rooted as a customer support complaint, I can see that it was a fringe case and the attentiveness of the owner to personally reach out to me and resolve my issue within the hour speaks to the company's desire to make the customers (even potential customers) happy. I am looking forward to any potential business that comes from this relationship in the future.

I've had the pleasure of working with the Corus team and well as the Corus platform for many different market research projects. The system is slick, easy to use and incredibly powerful. The team is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend Corus to any B2B or B2B2C looking for market insights.

I love corus software - had been using it since way back when it was called Trackwave. The basic features are easy to use, but once you get to know them a little better, it turns out that there are tons of powerful features underneath!
