Fastenal Fulfillment Center

I used this location for years and the old manager was fantastic. He was patiences with his customers, very helpful and a great attitude. The new manager unfortunately appears to have very little patience, is abrasive and extremely rude.

Stood there for 30 minutes. Employees in back and office saw me come in. Nobody came to help. Had to leave and go to a different company across town. Fastenal has always been terrible. Should have known better.

Went to this location to try and by zip ties, which were severely over priced by $100.00. I was doing research to figure out the difference in the material and cost when the manager (Assumed) told me I cant price check!!!! I would not recommend using this place due to highly overpriced materials and very, very poor management.

I work next door to them. No complaints. I'm giving 5 stars to make them look good. I hope the praying mantises visit them too. They're pretty cool.

Very disappointed with this company and feel like I was taken advantage off was charged over 80 dollars for 8 stainless steel hex bolts 1/2 inch x 3 inches long!!!!! Ridiculous, never again will I go there!!!
