We had 4 companies come out to give us a sales pitch. Mitchel was the only non pressure salesman we spoke to. He was direct, answered all of our many questions, and helped us choose what we believe will be a beautiful new shower.

We had Mark of Bath Tub Pros, In, Denver put in a Clean Cut Step product into our 70+ year old cast iron tub so that we can age more safely in our home. He was on time, helped us pick the exact product for our needs, installed it in two hours, cleaned up completely, gave us instructions and even chatted with us afterwards. It felt like we knew Mark for years: one personable guy who knows his stuff having worked in this field for years and years. My only regret is that there wasnt anything else for him to do! He was a terrific contractor who obviously has a strong work ethic and indeed, a sense of personal responsibility to his customers we found refreshing. Would not hesitate for one second to recommend his, or this product , to anyone.

Working with the professional team was truly a rewarding experience. They excelled in replacing our bathtub with a walk-in shower. After meeting with various competitors in the business, we ultimately chose Bath Pros, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed. Bathroom Pros did a makeover of our main bath from tub to shower an added new flooring. Mitchell was very professional and when a problem appeared at the start of the project they were quick to notify us, suggest solutions and ensure that the parts for the change would keep the project on time. We went from green ceramic tiles to the wood flooring and to a shower which actually gave us more room than the tub. My wife and I would highly recommend BathPros.
