We can't say thank you enough to Clark Dray and his team. They are professional and to the point. There is no guessing as to what is needed and by when. Each step was explained in detail. It is a lot of work to get everything together, but my husband and I really understood why it was necessary. We could really see Clark's level of professionalism from that of other attorneys who were involved in the 341 meeting with their clients. Our portion of the meeting was quick, to the point, and over before we knew it, and we could tell the Trustee appreciated this. We would HIGHLY recommend Clark Dray to everyone going through a rough financial situation.

Filing for bankruptcy was the last thing my elderly mother ever thought she would need to do, but after consulting with Clark Dray, she felt comfortable having him file her case. He and his assistants were very professional, thorough and patient in collecting the necessary financial details, which took a while for her to gather. They kindly answered any questions we had along the way and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. It was an anxious time, especially leading up to the unfamiliar meeting of creditors, but Attorney Dray helpfully assured my mom by giving her specifics about how the meetings are typically handled. What a relief for her, knowing that she can budget her limited income for necessary expenses without worrying about not having enough money after monthly payments on debt.
