        Branch manager is very rude I do not recommend this bank I will be closing my personal account and business account and changing banks.

        Back story here is that this is my fourth merger. First Federal bank was the first bank that me and my wife started our accounts in 1997 in Denver, CO. Then in early 2000 Commerical Federal bank took over our accounts. About mid-2000 Bank of the West took over our accounts. And now BMO (Bank of Montreal) will take over till the next merger. Geez. Bank of the West has been good to me and my wife with our accounts. I didn't like their loan or mortgage departments tho. Got my mortgage thru Navy Federal credit union. Anywho, what I didn't like was when I moved to Minnesota in October of 2019 that Bank of the West closed two locations close to me where I live now. The closest location was like 11 miles one way. I have been using their mobile app instead of going to the nearest location. Now, that BMO is taking over the closest BMO branch is now 5 miles away from my home which is more convenient. Just hope BMO is just as good as Bank of the West was? Only time will tell.
