        I applied for a line of credit on my checking account at the 1675 Broadway branch and never got a response. My credit union not only was responsive, I felt valued as a customer. I got immediately approved since I have very good credit. I finally emailed Ellen and said that I was going with my credit union. Of course, no response. Well just keep the mortgage and utilize credit union in the future since Keys service is so lame now. Its obvious they just dont care.

        Nicholas sears was exceptional with helping with an issue I had , went two different key banks and no one was able to help me with my issue or didnt know how two ,after helping me with my lock card issue I asked Nicholas if he could help me with the issue I was having receiving my ach payments and he actually took the time and solved the issue, again thanks very much !!

        I just left 200 n Broadway and was given the WORST customer service I have EVER had! However, Nicholas at 1675 Broadway made things right . Thank you again Nicholas.
