Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This location is the reason that I left BOA. I was simply trying to order checks in 2021; I had my mask on completely before opening and entering the lobby. A man yelled at me for coming into the facility. I told him my reason for being here - ordering checks. He rudely asked why I couldnt do it online. I told him I didnt know how as this is my first time ordering checks. This conversation all happened right at the front entrance because he wasnt allowing me to enter. I understand if I wasnt wearing my mask, but I was wearing it properly. I left BOA a few months later to a bank that welcomes me by name. Also, I opened up a business account at a different bank as well.

Ashley, the manager, is awesome. Not only did she handle running the front by herself, she was extremely helpful. The issues I had were easy to work through with her because walked me through everything. I left the store very pleased and lighter. Thanks Ashley!

Had an account here for over 3 years. Account in good status. Would not cash a payroll check from Wells Fargo account for $87. Ridiculous

BOA is the worst. The store hours are not long enough. They need to have at least 1 day a week that they are open until 6 for people who work the same hours as the branch is open. When you try to call the customer service department they make you wait on hold for an hour then they cant help you and transfer you to someone else to wait on hold for another hour then they cant help either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BOA AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! Try a credit union as your bank.

Horrible Bank the manager Cierra has no idea what shes doing - they couldnt figure out how to link my accounts even though they said it would be linked after 24 hours and she didnt say sorry for the inconvenience of this as I have employees to pay nor knew how to fix the problem just gave me a phone number to call and have me fix it myself even though this is their issue to fix. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of no one answering the phone calls ever.
