This place is absolutely garbage. The staff is horrible. I don't know what all the other reviews say about them. Being super nice. The staff is horrible. The managers horrible. They don't even cash checks that are made out in your name or to your business. They don't tell clients when they open up account there that they can't write checks to businesses because the business won't be able to cash the check. The manager is really rude. The desk attendants are very rude, very condescending and absolutely horrible place and should be completely shut down. Hopefully this is the first place to go and hopefully they're closed within a year, especially after all these bad reviews do not go here. Avoid this place at all cost. Do not open up an account here. Do not do business with these people at all

Been visiting the Arvada branch for years. Staff is always so nice and helpful. Very glad I bank with Independent!!
