Sunflower Bank

I came into this branch to open up a checking and savings, because it was one of the closest in my neighborhood. I got dropped off by a lyft and she was trying to look inside from her office so l already felt uncomfortable like alright trying to judge somehow. From the jump, I was being question in a interrogative manner. She wouldnt take my passport. Asked me if I didnt have my birth certifcate with me. Asked why I had two first names. Asked if I had a state ID even though I have a federal. I could have went and gotten my state ID but I felt nervous and intimidated and she didnt seem interested at all in helping me so I left. She said she couldnt do and a slid me my ID, didnt make eye contact and was consdescending the whole time so I had no problem leaving. I went to another bank close by and had absolutely no issue and good customer service. I would not reccomend this bank.

The fact the bank is only open 9-4 when most people work 9-5 makes it very difficult. I've tried to find a time for the past month that is convient and it's just isn't because they're not built to help satisfy customers.

Sunflower Bank in Cherry Creek has the look, feel, and customer service of a small town bank. Everyone knows you. It is what banking should be.
