Chase Bank

The gentleman closing today and his undeniable laziness lost chase a customer today, plus the opportunity to take on a nice business account, due to said laziness. Since when does it take an hour to open a simple checking account? Not business, basic checking. Three different banks in my life and business aside, it has never taken more than fifteen minutes to open an account. So what is this particular man doing so badly that causes him to take four times longer than anyone else? Doesnt matter. It was obvious he didnt want to do his job. He couldnt have been any less interested or dismissed me any faster.

Very polite, however, I have been here multiple times where there is a single teller behind the counter, even at rush hour. Please hire additional staff to accommodate demand. Currently a line 10 people deep.
