One teller working. Three people in line. Waited 10 minutes to get served. Manager came out but didnt have time to help. I dont think she even cared. Its apparently just a job. Talked to customer in front of me and she had the same concerns. Lack of customer service must be a corporate decision.

Ive been banking with this bank for 14 years. I had never seen someone( Jennette) so rude during the past 14 years. She provides zero customer service. If she clears up her language a bit, she might have a chance in customer service. They really should watch what kind of people they are hiring.

Do not go to Jenneate Woolley, she doesnt know how to do wire transfers. If you ask her to do a domestic wire transfer, the money will not arrive the next day, nor the next 48 hours. The people at the other end will not receive your money. When you walk in to tell her the problem, she will be like Im so sorry I entered the account numbers wrong!!! So my money went to someone elses account? She will charge you a fee of 35$. Shame shame shame. Can you imagine have her do an international wire transfer? I better bank with Welks Fargo
