        Dont understand the negative reviews on this branch. Staff here is awesome, Laura is great, the managers and tellers are fantastic. My family has banked at this location for years and will continue to do so!

        Very rude and inconsiderate tellers the three times I was in this location. Been a member of Vector for over 20 years and I've never been treated like that at any other location. I see why they have a 2.8 review rating that's exactly the way I was treated. I just moved closer to this location but I will drive an extra 15 20 minutes just not to go to this I would never recommend this location to anybody stay away.

        The Vectra Bank on S Federal are very rude to non customers. They have no empathy towards non customers. To get a check cashed you need 2 forms of ID they will take a Medicaid card but not a insurance card that I pay for I don't get your policy.. Very disappointed
