Bruegger's Bagels

7am on a weekday and they're were closed. Locked doors, lights off and no posted hours. Should of read the other reviews before walking a few blocks for disappointment.

It would be great if they were actually open during business hours. Sign and website say that the store opens at 5:30 on weekdays. It's 7:00, and the doors are locked. This is true every time I come here before 8:00. Really frustrating when I'm trying to grab breakfast before work. When they are open, the bagels are good at least.

I don't remember seeing charcoal bagels on the menu. Nor do I recall ordering one. The hash brown was made with hate. The guy behind the counter was clearly not having a great day as he was arguing with his coworker. But I didn't think he'd take it out on his customers.

Besides the dirty restaurant, the bickering between the employees, the burnt smell, them being out of certain items even when it was still morning time they burnt my bagel which was hard as a rock. 1 small bite was enough to tell me to go to Einstein- which I did.
