I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mile High Classics. I initially contacted them because I needed repairs done on my '72 FJ Land Cruiser and they assured me that they would be able to help.
After agreeing to work on my vehicle, I paid $170 to have it towed to their shop. Once it arrived, I was shocked to receive a bill for nearly $600 just for them to look at it. Which would be ok if they were to work on per all our discussions, but they then proceeded to tell me they no longer had the time to work on it and that I needed to pay an additional $170 to tow it away ASAP, or else I would start incurring daily storage fees.
This entire situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid nearly $1,000 to tow the vehicle to their shop and back just for them to tell me they didn't have time to work on it. I feel like I was misled by Mile High Classics, as they promised to fix my vehicle and then abandoned it once they had already taken my money. The fact that they charged such a steep fee just to look at it is also outrageous. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company for automotive repairs to look elsewhere. They clearly do not value their customers or their time.

They gave me a $50,000 estimate when I brought my car in for collision repair. They wanted to charge me $250 to get my car back when I said I would have to go elsewhere. I refused to pay it.

I hit a railing. At an apartment building. Spun into it basically. Overcorrected. Totally my fault. Cops were called. By me. Railing was paid for by insurance. Everything documented. Pic of railing added.

After visiting several classic auto restoration shops in the Denver area identified via an internet search, I put my trust in Mile High Classics. Mile High Classics swayed me by their whole team showing interest in my '55 Chevy Bel Air when I rolled up to their shop. My grandmother was the original owner so this car means a ton to me. Noah and his entire shop are definitely passionate about their work. They did a great job modernizing the brakes, suspension and steering so that I can enjoy taking it out more. I'm definitely looking forward to Golden's cruise nights this summer. Noah and his team kept me well informed throughout the process and listened to my desires for the car. First, I would like to say that I found Mile High Classics online and reached out to them via email and I was replied quickly by Austin. We started a conversation that my father just passed in Texas and I inherited a 1968 Corvette that was stored in a barn as my father was sick for years. After I was able to get it to Colorado there were all kinds of old wires and little nuances with the engine that were a concern and eventually couldn't get it to even start. I am a single mother that owns a small salon so you can imagine I needed help. They organized a tow for me to their shop and while they had the corvette they checked EVERYTHING and not only kept me in the loop for what they discovered, they explained to me in detail and what needs to be done or if there was an option for later down the road. They also were able to do some minor repairs to the scratches and chips(one big one in particular on the nose) and do a buff and polish and it looks fantastic. Lastly, I want to thank Noah, Austin and the whole team that had their hand in getting my late father's corvette running so it is safe to drive and looking gorgeous as I know it would have made him proud. The patience and professionalism that Mile High Classics was the best and I am grateful I made a relationship with them for the future care of my vintage corvette as I trust them like family now!
