Big O Tires

Absolutely awful!!! The worst I've ever seen....the service guys were rude when I asked a simple question....went in for an alignment. Left my car there, they call an hour later saying they can't perform the alignment because the "knee" whatever that is...spindle and strut are bent......smh!!! Took it to chevy and another certified mechanic for a second opinion... They found NO issues with the wheel assembly whatsoever. I was literally in tears when leaving this place and they just laughed It off. Lost a little faith in humanity with these disgusting people. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Also, my coworkers do ALOT of business with these people...Not Anymore!!!

Great mechanics. They always give the correct diagnosis of the problem with the car. They are honest, but wanted 3 times the cost of the part I was able to call around and find just to compare. They won't let you bring your own part. Some places will.

If I could give no stars I would! Driving to the hospital with my kids and get a blowout. Luckily there was a big O tires right across the street. So I walked over there and asked if I can get some help, the younger gentleman was extremely kind and willing to help me because I told him my situation (I’m a young women living with cancer) anyway he said he needed to ask his boss! Younger gentleman asked and his boss said “too bad tell her to figure it out we are too busy” I couldn’t believe what I heard… I started crying told the younger gentleman thank for trying but I would rather wait for roadside assistance then to spend another minute with the cruel-human being! The so called “boss” said I have cancer to deal with it 😳🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Now I’m sure this place has done incredible work for other people but in my situation I could not ever recommend anybody to give them… Now if this older gentleman has cancer as do I I wish him the best. I hope he has a fast recovery 🙏 I almost forgot to mention my kids and I were literally across the street at 7/11 it was a 2 minute walk to this location. They weren’t that busy.
