Its difficult to write this because its nothing personal but my Car stayed there for 3 weeks for a coolant leak for a 30 minute labor then they patched it and didnt put it things back together I had put my intakes back in and tighten things up, installed tie rod and didnt clemp the boot. very disappointed in the service. Very unprofessional Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

Fixed my issue no problem and saved me a few hundred bucks compared to across the street. Pretty friendly guys, only criticism is that someone left a glove and a soda can in my car haha

TLDR; Engine replacement gone wrong, car catches on fire and burns to a crisp (totaled), no amends made or promises kept by the owner, Kario.
Save your time and trouble. We had an engine seizure in a 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x4. The shop staff sourced us a replacement engine, I opted for no $600 warranty as I was assured it would be good for a solid 2-3 years (thats on me). After the initial install, the engine had a pretty serious misfire. We took the car back. After the 2nd repair, the car had an airbag sensor light on, the horn did not work, and it sounded like a bag of lays potato chips was stuck inside the steering column. Id like to say we got that fixed as well - we didnt make it to that point. A day later, my wife goes to turn on her car - upon ignition the hood blows open and the entire engine bay is engulfed in flames. Car is burnt to a crisp and totaled on the spot. Thank god my wife was alright.
Denver FD inspected the car before it was moved after they doused the flames. They claim the fire started from fuel igniting. Could it have been the engine itself? Potentially. It also could have been the installation of the engine. Who knows.
3 months later we finally got a new car. Despite what recourse we could have taken under the advice of someone well versed in these incidents, we chose to make our lives easy and accept the owners offer to cover our insurance deductible of $1,000 - nearly 1/7th of our bill for the work.
That never happened. Communication is poor. Its always, I havent forgotten about you. It takes < 30 seconds to write a check.
