I never received an estimate for the work even when I asked for one. On the flip side this is the only shop I could find to do the requested job where others just turned it down. I am happy with their work.

I got referred here by a current coworker who was a former employee here. It is rare, as a female, that I can walk into an auto shop and feel it is trustworthy. The second I walked in and met Chuck, I felt completely safe and did not feel I'd be ripped off at all. This was 100% the case! It was an easy transaction with completely clear expectations on price, repair processes, and time needed. I will definitely be going back in future! :-)

I just know that God would never have me suffer the way I have had to suffer from the repairs of my car. I thought that the owner was a nice Christian guy that cared about people and had the heart to do right by people. Initially I thought this guy was great and honest . Seeing my suffering from my car every time I have gotten it back after repairs was done has been nothing but sorrows. I have tried to get him to make it right and when he says he will after I take my car back to his facility, then when it's returned to me something new is wrong with it, which is not fair to me as a customer. No heat, no air, no defrost, and my brake lights stay on all the time. All of this was working before I took my car back to him because after they replaced my brakes, my brakes stopped working and brakes plus after their inspection, deemed my car as a unsafe vehicle. I could not stop. I let Chuck have my car back to fix the problem and now I have no heat , no air, no defrost and my brake lights stay on all the time. I have tried to reach out to him and the person I speak to tells me that he will call me back and that does not happen. God is not going to have him do right by other people and not me. God would have him do right by everyone. That's God's word. So to all of you that had a great experience. May God bless you. I wish I could say the same. Amen. Service: Auto maintenance
