I totally forgot to leave a review when I got my service done last summer, but I need their services again so better late than never. I'm not even kidding this should be your first and last call when looking for estimates. Every other place in the city was trying to charge me $350+ because I have a BMW that's old enough to drink. It's not new! With this place I was out the door under $200. The work was done in the time it took me to go sit down and eat breakfast. Can't recommend enough!

We have an 01 Tacoma which, like many Tacomas of this vintage, is developing rust spots around the windshield. When our windshield needed to be replaced, our previous auto glass shop wouldnt touch it. Fortunately, we found JC Auto Glass. Omar did a great job, and charged half of what our previous auto glass shop quoted (before they bailed on us). We are thrilled to get our Taco back on the road.

If this guy is too unprofessional to show up on time or at the very least have good communication to let you know he's running late why should you trust him doing a repair on your car? Had an appointment with him on Saturday for 2pm, he was supposed to drive to me and said he would call when he's on his way. Around 2:40pm I still haven't got a call that he was on his way so I called him to make sure the appointment was still on, when he picked up he sounded like he had just woke up and said he was running late and he asked to reschedule for today(Sunday) at 9am saying he will be here by 9am. Surprise... He wasn't here by 9am. Wasn't going to spend the whole day waiting, and still no update from him after 30 minutes I cancelled the appointment for the window repair

Not only did Omar quote me an amazing price, when he found out another day this week wouldnt work with my schedule, he took care of me today when they were closed for the holiday. Quality work at an amazing price with unmatched customer service!
