Mr. Macri, I’m assuming you’re referencing the $10,908.32 of quality repairs completed to the vehicle in your mom’s name. This is a pretty significant amount of damage to a $12,000 Nissan Rogue. Your estimation of ‘a month for ‘not major’ damage is pretty naïve. To clarify some mis-truths in your insulting review, our rates are always clearly posted on the certification wall next to our customer counter. These rates have been the same for over a year and were not adjusted during the period your mom’s vehicle was in the shop. As far as ‘agreement’s, I’m not sure what you are referring to but I will remind you that initial insurance estimates are typically insufficient and the deeper into a repair the more damage is revealed. Numerous attempts were made to explain to you how difficult the process is of trying to get your moms insurance company to pay for the complete and necessary repairs so she doesn’t have to. We cannot properly repair a vehicle without being paid, much like a restaurant won’t prepare you a meal, serve you and let you walk out without paying. The vast majority of our customers understand the complexity of not only getting a vehicle repaired correctly but also the difficulty getting paid for the work we do. Perhaps you’ve had great experiences with insurance companies’ eagerness to adequately pay for necessary services. That is not the case for most collision repair shops. Last but not least, we have an incredible staff that works tirelessly to best serve our customers in so many ways that you apparently have no appreciation for. Our world is full of incompetent, dishonest apathetic people and I am proud we have zero of those type of people employed here. I wish you well in the future and hope that you may get to a place of appreciation and move away from hate and malice.
