Company repossesed vehicle, loan payment was applied and delinquency was brought current and they said they will not release vehicle on the same day of repossession. Explained that vehicle belongs to handicapped person and used for wheel chair transportation and they did not care. Had to cancel and reschedule dr. appiontment that we have been waiting for for nearly 6 months due to this company not being willing to let us retrieve our vehicle. They are witholding the vehicle to try and charge us for a daily use of lot. They are being unfair to the general public in setting their ridiculous rules that we cannot pick up the vehcile same day. They are not even located in CO, they are based out of Arizona and operating a facility in CO but not adhearing to ADA laws by witholding a handicapped persons vehicle without valid reason. The bank has asked them to release the vehicle this decision is soley on them.

The entire process to get my car back was excellent. I can't think of a single complaint. They were friendly, and got me taken care of. Also a big plus for the guy who's a fan of MINIs.

This company has no way to contact actual human they are no longer located where google says they are now located at 5056 48th Avenue Denver co 80216 worse customer service I have ever experienced and be sure to check you vehicle and property before leaving

They steal your belongings. I reported them to BBB. They have multiple openings on them.

These people are scams. They picked up my car from my driveway. It did not have body damage when i parked it the evening of11/18/21. They too photos claiming it had damage when they took it from my house, it INFACT DID NOT! THEY SENT ME 2 PHOTOS OF IT IN A RANDOM PARKING LOT...claiming it had damage. The lot was not my driveway or the location in Commerce City. Next step is getting a lawyer to have my car fixed. They damaged my rear driverside bumper!!! Ill be reporting to the BBB as well!!!
