        Update: After several messages and complaints we finally received a check in the mail.  I think we finally had to complain through Live Auctioneers (the online platform that hosts their live auctions) and although they are a 3rd party, it may have helped since they had another auction scheduled.  I added a star to be fair since we finally received a refund.  However, I would not risk it again in the future.
