Revolving door of staff...staff barely trained...QMAPS--staff who deals directly with the residents typically aren't interested in medical or have any medical training or background. Meals are poorly nutritionally balanced. At a dietary meeting when I kept using the word "protein" I was asked by a senior administrator if I actually ate meat. That was because I thought eggs were better food choice than bacon. Often food wrong temperature, not enough for all or not enough to satisfy.

Originally, this was a great place for my MiL. However, as she became partially incontinent for urine (able to usually make it to the restroom but not always) staff began shaming her about having occasional accidents, as well as scolding her for 'being too lazy to bother' going to the restroom. When we moved her out, the same day we barely moved her, they were calling my wife, saying if she did not have her mother's room cleaned to their satisfaction that night, they would bill my wife, who is not her mother's guardian, nor signed any sort of paperwork to be responsible for any of her mother's bill or medical care.

This is a wonderful community to work at. I love coming to work everyday being able be a part of the residents life, and learning something new everyday!
