2 years later... removed my positive review... 2023 evolving door of terrible service and substandard care. Disorganized and unprofessional on every single level. No response from the management ever. Person who got us to sign the lease made promises and never kept them. We were forced to move out my mom should have known the place was going downhill a year ago. Wouldn't move anyone in here if my life depended on it. All the positive reviews are from the employees because they know this place is a dump and no actual family members are leaving good reviews.

An older place, really honest People but no longer with a license for Alzheimer's unit. Something I liked was the attitude here despite not having what we needed and the food was fine. We are leaving this review as requested. I think this could have worked but on to Dayton Places.

We moved my Dad into this assisted living facility after a bad experience at a different one, and found it to be the absolute best ever! Care, food, activities, attentiveness all 5 stars! Then Dad fell and had to be out of the facility for a few months in hospital then rehab.
While he was gone, the exec director left, a new one came in and the entire staff quit! There is absolutely no one still there!
The new director is absolutely horrific!!! They gave away my Dad's cat! With no warning.
Then, when it was time for him to come home, the director (Dan) said he needed to be assessed. That made perfect sense, but then Dan said that there was no one to assess him! The rehab said we were out of insurance days and that we would have to pay out of pocket $700 a day to keep him there, and still, we couldn't get an assessment! He even made one appointment and then stood us up.
As long as this guy is director, this place is going to go completely downhill.
Don't put a loved one in here! If you do, they will be miserable, and mistreated!
