When I first moved in, I had issues with a key fob, but I called, and they were able to help me get in by a code until I could get a new fob the next day No issues since. They are responsive. Nice apartment as well. I have been in quite a few elevators, and some are very slow to come down. This one isn't. I also moved in on a weekend day. Overall, I give it 5 stars. The ONLY complaint and it's a very mild one. I wish the elevator had a HOLD button when I was moving stuff into the elevator. Someone had to stand in between the door to make sure it stayed open. Also, it would be nice to have a little cart, but that's it.
