Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers - Denver Highlands

This is the worst location of all these offices. It is literally impossible to get ahold of anybody here. They have texted me, sent me emails, and left me voicemails telling me I need to come in for an allergy injection when they don't even have my antigen. Every time I try to call back to figure out what is going on and why they don't have it, I get told, "I'll call the lab and then call you right back." I then get radio silence no matter how many times I leave a voicemail and nobody ever answers when I'm on hold. Go to any other office and you'll have a great experience.

Rescinding my 5 star review. It consistently takes 10-20 mins before you can get your injections. Sometimes before you can even check in for your injections due to Covid restrictions. This location needs a bigger waiting room or more hours in order to accommodate the amount of patients that they see.

I’ve been going to Colorado Allergy and Asthma for almost a full year now. Twice a week for the first few weeks and now I’m down to just once a week and will be for the next 4 years to come! The folks that work here are super friendly and always make sure to greet me with a smile and say hi. I feel valued when I walk in the office and that’s a great feeling to have! This could be a very tedious awful experience but it’s the opposite. I recommend this place for all your allergy and asthma needs.

Dr. Reddy, the allergy shot nurses, and the support staff have all been fantastic since I started seeing CAAC in November 2020. The shot nurses are always pleasant, prompt, and happy to answer any questions. I particularly appreciate how diligent they have been about safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. I'd recommend CAAC Denver Highlands to anyone seeking allergy care.
