I came to Jianshu Cheng to seek acupuncture to help with insomnia and shoulder pain. With weekly visits, in less than a month, I have already seen incredible changes. I have started to feel measurably more calm/relaxed throughout my days. I have started sleeping consistently through the night, and been able to fall asleep within minutes each night- both of which I had struggled with immensly over the past few years. My physical pain has also started to release. I have learned so much from Jianshu's knowledge of Chinese Medicine, and holistic perspective of health and imbalances in the body. I also appreciate the lifestyle, diet, and herbal recommendations Jianshu offers. Jianshu is a great listener, and takes time to explain/educate in ways that I can easily understand.
