Don Prosser treats his employees horribly and has a bad temper. He yells at his employees and makes demeaning comments on a daily basis. Please think twice before working for Don Prosser or supporting his business.

Public accounting is a people business. Unfortunately, Donald Prosser is not much of a people-person. Every time I visit his office, I find Mr. Prosser either 1) On the phone raging at clients. 2) In the hallway raging against his employees or 3) Just generally raging. What I'm trying to say is Donald Prosser does not play well with others and really has no business working with the public.

This company is horrible and unethical. Don Prosser and Wayne Gardenswartz have no business ethics regardless of whether you are an employee or client. They allow hostile work environments to exist and lie to employees and staff. Do not support this business or Don Prosser and Wayne Gardenswartz. By the way, they change the name of the company frequently to avoid the significant number of bad reviews they both receive from clients and employees.

I recommend you not use this company. I hired this company to prepare tax documents for my business. They completed only a small portion of the documents necessary and those were done incorrectly. After failing to respond or assist in any way, I had to hire another CPA to fix the documents they drafted and complete the remaining documents, resulting in penalty fees. Despite their incorrect work and unresponsiveness, they sent me an invoice. Although agreeing in e-mail to look into the invoiced amount, they did not but continued to send invoices. I finally just paid it to get them to go away. Two months later they sent another invoice for three times the amount, not itemized. I disputed the amount. Again, I was told they would take care of it, but then received another invoice, not itemized. Again, I disputed, heard nothing back and now I received a collection notice. I have lost countless hours of my time trying to get their records corrected. They are clearly not detail-oriented enough or diligent enough to be preparing anyone's taxes. I do believe they are fraudulently billing their clients.
