        Awful! I had used this outfit in the past, and it worked out well. Last year...not so much. Starting off with unanswered phone calls, no replies to emails, the problem became acute by mid-April. I actually had my taxes done by another firm, and had submitted the documents and payment before I heard back from the Delta office. I definitely received the impression that any requests or questions about one's taxes before the deadline is excessive and bothersome. Sadly enough, but true to form, I tried to register a complaint with the regional office, but never heard back.
