Was going to give this company one more chance to start up our rental property sprinkler system. We had already decided they were not going to be doing any more work at our residence after the disastrous results last year when they installed an expensive new pump which did not fix the problems which they promised the new pump would fix. I guess questioning the owner Cliff about why the problem wasn't fixed is considered being "ugly." No Cliff, being ugly is charging people a lot of money and not fixing the issue. We are in the process of re-sodding over half of our 5000 sq. ft. lawn-THAT is ugly. Cliff's answer as to why the same sprinklers still did not work after the new pump was installed? "Uhhh-you have dirty water." Yes, Cliff, it's ditch water and funniest thing-NONE of our neighbors that use the same ditch had the issues we had with their sprinklers-why do you suppose that is? Guess you can't handle a straight question-you certainly had no answers. Let me tell you why-because you didn't fix it! Also, the drip irrigation system you installed worked for about a month. I just like to work with professional people who do the job they are hired to do. If that makes me "ugly" and you have to whine to your boss instead of putting on your big boy pants and getting the job done correctly, then there you have it. Addendum: So what you are saying in your response Amy is that Cliff knew a new pump and replacing all the sprinkler heads wouldn't fix the issue because the water was too dirty but sold it to us anyway as a solution??? They were able to help me blow out my sprinkler system for the winter last minute. They were quick and professional, and the price was the same as I had paid elsewhere. I'd recommend their services.

I am surprised to see mostly positive reviews based off of my experience. It makes me wonder if most of the reviews are from family and friends. From the very beginning there was extremely poor communication on Amy's part. Nothing would ever get done unless I emailed and reminded her. That included spraying for weeds, spiders, and applying fertilizer. For the price of what she charges, we are very dissatisfied in the service we received. They charge per man hour ($65) for aeration and I was actually kind of disgusted to see they sent 2 men and one of them literally stood there for an hour watching. I gave my 30 day notice I would no longer like to use them, in hopes I could get out of it sooner since it was such a waste of money. I found it ironic once again there was poor communication and she did in fact let me get out of it sooner than 30 days but wasn't professional enough to acknowledge my email. I only realized because she didn't send someone to cut our grass on our typical day. I learned the hard way why S&E Ward's is too busy to take on any new customers but I was able to get right on Black Canyon's customer list. If you do business with them I hope you have a more positive experience!
