        The Silver Star Retreat Center/B&B is wonderful. The peaceful atmosphere is punctuated by the hummingbirds that visit the deck overlooking the San Luis Valley. The staff are most helpful assisting my retreat AND my overnight stay in the B & B. They can service 14-16 for a retreat. The community area downstairs is perfect for my retreatents to get to know each other. The trailhead up to Mt. Crestone is directly behind the Silver Star providing a perfect hike up to the meadows or a gentle walk up to whale rock. The Silver Star is perfect for a retreat or personal stay in the spiritual community of Crestone.
