        Dr. Cagan saw my toddler and he was so calm, patient, and kind to her. His demeanor softened with her and he took the time to explain to her everything he was going to do before doing it during the examination. He even followed up to see how she was doing the next day. With limited healthcare options in a small town while on vacation, I felt very grateful for the care he gave my daughter.
